In addition to accommodating the growth of the 70-person company, the new office design encourages both professional and social interaction, creating a more inviting and active place to work for ARC employees. ARC designers created a variety of teaming spaces within the office to foster an ideal environment for this collaboration. An abundance of flexible gathering spaces, built to handle meetings of two to forty people, offer instant-on technology tools and adaptable furniture systems. The kitchen and café provide a central hub for spontaneous connections with co-workers and visitors. The new office layout also features a variety of creative individual workspaces and break out areas allowing ARC employees to move easily into different work environments throughout the day.
